Lost in Translation




Translation:

Dear Mr. ___,

I have been trying to get in touch with Mr. ___ since we need the filled-up credit application form as (your company) needs to open an account with ___. I gave the forms to Mr. ___ and he lost the papers that I gave him. I sent him documents again and till now we have not received anything from him.

The reason why we cannot register the vehicles is because we have not received this document from (name of company) and you cannot open a credit facility with ___ if this document is not submitted to us. We hope that you understand that we have to make sure that all documents are submitted and approved before we can release the vehicles.
